2. Why should I purchase Holgate toys over other name brands, that are less expensive.

   Holgate Toy is the original toy manufacturer. Most wooden toy companies have modeled their toys and products after Holgate Toy. We have been in business since 1789 and possess many toy patterns. Our toys have been time tested, and nowhere in the world at present can the quality of a holgate toy be duplicated. 4. Can I use a Visa/Mastercard GIFT card?

   We do not accept Visa, MasterCard or AMEX GIFT Cards. We can not create secure settings without a billing address associated with the Debit/Gift Card. Therefore our security declines these cards. Unfortuately due to the nature of Gift Cards, the funds may still appear as being withdrawn as if a charge has been made. (This has nothing to do with the Rexlace Club, this is a function of the gift cards themselves.) The funds on these cards should be released within 48 to 72 hours. Please call the bank issuer for more details.

6. I have a question which was not answered here. How can you help me?

   We now have a feature on our site which allows our customers to ask us questions, without having to call. Go to our "Contact Us" page, located under "Customer Service" catagory, at the top of the right page. Please double check that your contact information is accurate. If you choose to leave your phone number, please notice that we will NOT sell your number to any third parties. We ask you this information, just in case we cannot contact you through email.
